ORDERING
🥩 How to Order?
1. Check out our Product Catalogue.
2. Find the items you wish to purchase and specify the quantity.
3. Click 'Add to Cart' for each item.
4. Once done, you may 'Checkout' and fill in the necessary details.
5. You will receive an email with your order summary. Kindly settle payment via your preferred bank upon check out and send your proof of deposit as a reply to the same Order Summary Email received.
6. Wait for a message confirmation from Premium Meats MNL for confirmation of your payment and details for Delivery / Pick Up of your orders.
🥩 What Payment Methods do you accept?
We accept BPI, BDO, GCash, and Paymaya Bank Deposits. Once fully paid, kindly send your proof of deposit to the same Order Summary Email received.
🥩 When will my orders be ready?
Your orders will be ready as soon as the same day, up until 3 working days from date of order. We will let you know once these are ready for delivery / pick up.
Should there be delays due to a holiday or suspension of work, we shall advise you ahead of time.
🥩 Where is your pick up address?
Our pick up address is in San Juan, Metro Manila. Full address will be given upon payment and confirmation of your order.
🥩 Can we opt for our items to be delivered?
Yes, please specify upon check out if you wish for us to book the delivery for you. We charge a delivery fee of Php 200 within Metro Manila for orders below Php 5,000, and Php 120 for orders Php 5,000 and above.
For Provincial orders, please select the 'Pick Up' option and arrange your own delivery upon order confirmation. You may coordinate with us first for courier options prior to purchasing.

CUSTOM REQUESTS
🥩 Do you offer Essential / Daily Cuts?
Yes, we have essential / daily cuts for wholesale – for a minimum of 30KG of assorted meat per order. Examples of these are ground pork, pork belly, bone marrow, ground beef and more. We can send you the menu upon request.

🥩 May I order Custom Cuts of Meat?
Yes, Custom cuts normally require a minimum of 1 Slab, but we may accommodate your request for less if availability permits. Custom cuts normally include cutting the steaks into 1/2", 1", sukiyaki cut, etc.
You may request for custom meat cuts by letting us know your request via Facebook or by sending an email with the details (type of meat, type of cut, kilos per cut, quantity, other details) to info@premiummeatsmnl.com with the email subject: [CUSTOM] [Date Requested MM/DD/YYYY] [Last name] [First Name]
🥩 Do you accept Wholesale Orders?
Yes, we are open to wholesale orders for hotels, restaurants, establishments and community resellers.

🥩 What makes Premium Meats MNL's meat different?
We only allow premium meat in our freezers – all while being reasonably priced. These come from carefully curated brands and suppliers around the world making sure that all meat come from only class A slaughterhouses and only accredited equipment are used throughout the entire process. All premium meat come vacuum sealed and all essential / daily cuts from plastic-sealed for maximum freshness.
🥩 What is the expiration date of your meat?
All our non-marinated meat can last up to 1 year frozen, but are best consumed as soon as you get them. All marinated / ready-to-cook deli have indicated expiration dates on their packages which normally range from around 3 months to 6 months, depending on the item.
🥩 How are your meat packaged?
All premium meat come vacuum-packed and all essential / daily cuts come plastic-sealed for maximum freshness.
