Grilled Scallops

1 pound large sea scallops
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika

1. Preheat grill to high heat.
2. Rinse scallops and pat dry with paper towels.
3. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
4. Brush the mixture onto both sides of the scallops.
5. Place the scallops on the hot grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until lightly browned and cooked through.
6. Serve hot with lemon wedges and enjoy!
